Return Policy

SHIPMENT MISTAKES

Within 30 days from delivery, contact us if you received wrong item(s). We will provide return instruction and send the correct item(s) at no cost.

 

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

Die-cast models are fragile items, please use caution when removing models from packaging.

We determine "damage during shipping" if the model(s) arrived with bent/broken parts, or wings/tail/gears/engines... fall off.

Within 30 days from delivery, contact us if you received damaged item(s). We will provide return instruction and send the replacement item(s) at no cost.

 

DEFECTIVE MODELS

We personally inspected all products for defective prior to shipment. Please be aware that die-cast aircraft models are not absolute perfect as they are assembled and printed by hands.

We only accept returns of item(s) with clearly visible manufacturing defects, such as paint ripped off or missing parts.

We do not accept returns with the following reasons:
• Light surface scratches that are not clearly visible under normal lighting and viewing conditions.
• Landing gears or engine blades cannot roll/spin.
• Aliment: landing gears or engines pointed slightly away from center.
• Any other issues that are not permanent and can be fixed easily.

Within 30 days from delivery, contact us with detail/photo of the issue if you received defective item(s). We will provide return instruction and send the replacement item(s) at no cost.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellation at no cost if we receive cancel notice before the item(s) ship. We cannot cancel the order after it is shipped. Please see detail below for cancellation after the order is shipped.

Within 30 days from delivery, we accept returns for full refund. The returned item(s) must be in the same condition when it left our warehouse. Once we receive the item(s) back, a credit will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping cost and return shipping cost will not be credited.
