Return & Refund Policy
All return requests must be made within 30 days from delivery. You will be able to open a return request from the order history page in your PandaFox Toys account. If you placed the order without an account, please contact us to request a return.
In order to receive a refund, all returns must be approved prior to the items being returned to us. Returned items must be unused/undisplayed and in the same condition when they left our store. All packaging, accessories, parts... must be returned with the item. Please follow the given instructions to pack the items carefully to avoid damages. We could not issue a refund if the item is returned incomplete, or damaged due to lack of packing protection.
A 10% restocking fee and return postage will be deducted from the refund amount if the return reason is change of mind, including size was too small/large, and item's color/quality not as expected.
- Shipping damage - The models arrived with bent, broken or detached parts due to damages during shipping.
- Manufacturer defect - We inspect all products for defects prior to shipment. Please be aware that die-cast aircraft models are not absolutely perfect as they are assembled and printed by hands. We accept return of items with clearly visible manufacturing defects, such as paint damages or missing parts. We do not accept returns with the following reasons:
- Light surface scratches that are not clearly visible under normal lighting and viewing conditions.
- Landing gears or engine blades cannot roll/spin.
- Landing gears or engines pointed slightly away from center.
- Other issues that are not permanent and can be fixed easily.
- Item not as described - The item does not match with the photo/information advertised on the listing.
- Shipping error - Receive a different item than what was ordered.
